Quality Care is ensured and provided to our clientele by our trained and specialized
professionals known as the Inter-Disciplinary Treatment Team (IDT). The IDT Team
which consists of the resident's physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, counselor,
social worker, nurse, activity coordinator, dietician, and MDS Coordinator, work
closely together with the residents' families, conservators, and oversight agencies
to formulate a comprehensive assessment and plan of intervention known as the Care
Plan Conference.
